Default Can a catch can affect your tune?

Ive got a b18c tuned with hondata at 12psi. Ive been running this exact setup and tune for 2 full seasons now without any problems. I just put a catch can system on the car. It consists of 2 -10an lines to the front of the valve cover and 1 -10an line to the back of the block. Everything that was left open was plugged back up. Full throttle seems to be good, however now when i'm cruising the car seems to have some type of engine resistance and then it stops, has resistance and then stops. While this is happening i'm noticing the A/F fluctuating from 13.?? up to 16 or 17.?? . Also, while the car used to idle around 950-1000rpm..it now seems to idle higher too. Can a catch can throw the tune off this much? Has anyone else ever had this happen? Any input would be great, thanks.
