Default Oxygen Sensor NTK/NGK

Are these the right fits for v6 98 accord? I checked the model number with NGK's web site, and it seems to be perfect fit but the same Oxygen sensors are listed as $130+ and $80+ at Advanced auto parts.

According to Amazon however, it doesn't fit the 98 Accord but the part # matches NGK's web site to be a perfect fit :S

How hard is it to replace the Oxygen sensors? Something I can do myself in the garage or does someone in the shop need to do it?

Links don't work. However, as for replacing them it's pretty easy but you might want to invest in a oxygen sensor socket. Makes things a lot easier. The only difficult part at all is if they are seized in. Otherwise it's basically just like unscrewing a bolt from the exhaust pipe and screwing a new one in. Then the wires just have a clip you un clip and clip the new ones up.
This is assuming you get the good replacement ones for your car not the universal crap some stores sell.

I'm not sure. It's really pretty straight forward though. It's basically just a bolt with wires coming out of it screwed into the exhaust pipe before and after the cat converter. You just unscrew the sensor and unclip the wires. Then screw the new one in and hook the wires back up. The reason you need a o2 sensor socket is because you need a socket to hold the sensor while letting the wires somehow come out the side.
