i don't know if they fit a 4 door eg. my guess is that they don't.

It will fit any civic with rear drums.
It is a bolt on mod.

You will need the parking brake lines (E-brake cables)
The SI model of whatever civic you have (EF SI, EG SI, EM1) are bolt on. Integra e brake cables will need to be bent.
