So i stripped 2 eagle rod bolts, i have the 5394 eagle rods. now i just called them and they say that its not an eagle rod, but iam pretty sure it is. these rods have black 3/8 arp bolts, that just say arp. as u can see in the image. they are exactly like this.


now the bolts that i ordered are exactly like these bellow, i will be using them on only one rod.

the ones that i already have just say arp on the top, now the ones that i got in the mail say arp 2000 eagle... would it be safe to mix and match these

 

why not go ahead and replace all of them?? My eagle rods all say ARP 2000 on them, the ones I had for my D16 a couple yrs ago, they all also said ARP 2000 on them. I can understand if you have it all done and just need to replace the 2 though.

 

my eagle rods says eagle on the side's of them... and the are flat dont have the indent on the side

 

well thats because you have the h beam rods, i have the i beam. well i am just going to order all arp 2000 bolts, might as well do it right......all i need for my build is those very important bolts, and about 6 go 7 hours of labor.....
