I don't think that's a good idea you got there. I did the shaved handle thing back in the late 90's had it on door poppers and all. Locked myself out with the car running, waited for like and hour till my lil bro brought me a key to pop the hatch and crawled in... but if you really want to do it...

You have to weld on a plate where the door handle use to be, then bondo it. Sand down. and paint...

Get Actuators that have the bars and screw it to the rod that opens the door from the inside. you will need a alarm that can have options to program to do so. of course Relays is a must to have enough power to pull the Actuators....

They got a Spring loaded popper also so when the Actuator pulls the Spring will push door open (forgot whats it call, it's like 10 bucks a piece at your local stereo shops/ custom places)..

Last but not least since the lock out incident,,lol Run a momentary button to one of the popper with constant 12volt to pop door if you do lock yourself out.. hide it and let no one know...

Good luck..

I would recommend not doing it either man.Looks cool, but not worth the trouble IMO.I did it to my car and after a while I was tired of it.The door popper was triggered to my alarm so everytime I wanted to open the door there was a loud chirp. It became irritating to have to go to the garage at 2am to grab something and wake up the whole house,or the battery dying in the alarm and can't get into the car.within the last year,I replaced the door with a handle and just kept the passenger side shaved,no door popper needed now.I just took mines to a shop and let them do it
