96 Accord Ex, Fan Relay Question.
now i doubt this, but would by any chance the Fan Relay cause a mistakenly high reading on the dashboard for temperature?

If the relay is faulty, preventing the fan from coming on then.... yes. The reading would not be mistaken. It would be accurate.

Fan to switch hooked up + working. When i turn off and back on car gives a significantly lower reading than it did like 15 seconds before
and how many CFM do stock fans flow?
