Default P73 - P72?

Hey guys I just bought a 01 ITR motor. And I don't know if it's a real type r. I just bought it from a guy. And when I was looking at the front side of the block it's stamped B18c5 and it has a 01 PR3-3 head and I know that there's no 01 B16 head so it got to be a type r head so I bought it. And when I got home and looked at the back side of the block it said P72! So what does that mean? Is it a real type r motor or is it a GSR?
