Is this the horn wire?
i found this wire cut...and obviously i have no horn since im asking. And if this is the horn wire how do i set it back up to have one?
if not....wtf is it
and sorry for crappy pic, but if u dont realize it, its the black wire thats on the left and goes out of screen and comes back in on top
the wire is red with a yellow stripe, there is one that looks the exact same located right underneath it, and i have the fog lights already hooked up to a different switch, but i never had fogs so idk if it would still be attached

The horn wire from the combination switch
up to the steering wheel should be blue/red..
The white/green wire to the horn should be hot all the time
and the wire in the steering wheel applies the ground to complete
the circuit..

Out of the combination switch
Red/yellow looks to be for the "flash to pass" feature..
It illuminates the high beam headlights whether the lights are on or not
when the switch stalk is pulled toward you...
There is also a red/yellow wire powering the left headlamp..

Check the connection at the horn with a meter or test light
white/green should be hot..
If it is,hook a jumper wire from the blue/red at the horn
to the negative battery terminal.
If you have both power and ground at the horn,it should honk..
If not,the the horn itself is probably bad..

manual says to remove the bumper...

yes this could easily be done. It is also somewhat like when people wire the horn to the brake lights so when they are powered the horn is too. Takes a couple taps of the brakes for the driver to realize what the hell is going on. I dont reccomend doing that because if someone messed with my wiring, I would probably burn their house down.
beach? lol is the horn wired up in the engine bay? when i got my hatch it was just unplugged lol. Are you trying to wire it up to a button? if so its really easy to do..if all the wiring is done right
