I've decided to keep my 17's, I know right? haha but anyway,
I have 205/40's on them but just want a 35 series, I've never seen a set but I'm sure they exist. Thanks in advance.

So no, they don't exist. Those sizes would also be too small for our cars, and the short sidewalls would make the wheels extremely susceptible to damage from potholes.
Just get the proper size for your car - 205/40-17 for Integras and '97-00 Civics, 195/40-17 for del sols, CRXs, and '95 or earlier Civics.
