Default LS/V B16 head valve spring question

Ok so check it out I did LS/V about a month ago had a thousand headaches had it all together then one day it started ticking outta nowhere. Thought it was my lma's but ended up bein a rocker arm stuck in vtec. Idk nobody said they heard of this happening. So I swapped out the rocker. Also Im running a ctr intake cam and it has dual valve springs. Anyway I went to the store tonight and pulled into vtec slowly then gassed it a lil then there was the tick again. So my question is if someone installed a valve spring upside down would this cause my rocker arm to fail and seize like that? I didnt install the springs but noticed one was upside down when I had it apart last time and yes that is where the rocker arm seized and got locked into vtec. I'll be opening her up tomorrow and if its the same rocker I think I might have a problem. Well thanks for any advice/input I have included a pic below the upside down one is on the left.

Thats what I figured. Does anyone out there have a clue as to why my non vtec rocker arms are getting stuck together with the vtec rocker??? This is the 2nd time it has happened in the last 2 weeks. Last time the pin that holds them all together in vtec was stuck in the middle vtec rocker and no one knew why and it has now happened again Im taking it apart tonight and will post pics of exactly what it looks like. I dont wanna tear this apart and have to do it again in another 2 weeks so ANY advice will be much appreciated!!!

When it was apart, were the rocker arms covered with plastic to protect any garbage, debris, dirt, etc from settling on them? That's the only thing I can think of off the top of my head. Maybe got some junk in there that allowed the pins to get jammed up and now possibly bent, scratched or damaged.
Or possible blockage in the oiling passage to that rocker assembly?

im taking a cylinder head class now and i asked a similar question and he said if the spring is upside down due to its shape and dual springs could cause binding and cause something bad like a seized arm but idk for sure
