on a 93 civic, the rear defrost button lights up for when you hit the button, but when
you turn the headlights on the other part does not light up. i did a search and all i could find is people talking about the bulb.

i believe i have a wiring issue? i dont know how, but i know it is not the switch or the bulb because...my original one didnt light up, i just thought whatever the bulb is out, i bought a jdm switch, it didnt work, so i tried it in another car and yup, works fine, so does my orginal one. so am i goin to have to splice into another power source does anyone have an idea of which wire is for the light part? thanks in advance for any help, this is one of those stupid little things that pisses me right off.

 

any one have a detailed wiring diagram so i can steal the light power source from my cruise button since i no longer have cruise? thanks
