Outside temp affecting idle?
Ok so im really confused. Here in wonderful Kansas we are at that tiem of year when mother nature plays tricks with the weather and it goes form hot to cold every day. Now all winter my car has started and ran perfect. Warmed up and then idled at 7-800 rpm. Now however when it reaches over 50 degrees outside, after the car warms up it will not idle down. In fact the longer i drive it the higher the revs go and stay when in neutral. Can someone suggest where i should start. Thanks Kenny also its a 95 EX with CAI,H,E

Could an idle control valve also have the reverse effect of allowing your idle revs to drop too low? to say 650 or 700?
