When installing bigger injectors that require different plugs, does it matter which wire goes to which? The plugs I got have 2 white wires each. So how do I know which colors of the stock wires to hook them up to?

For example, if my first injector plug had a blue wire and a brown wire from the factory, and I need to change it to my new injector plug which has two white wires....Does it even matter which wire goes where?

yes. one wire is a ground. and the other is power. use a test light or meter.

 

it does not matter which wires go where, as long as they're on the correct cylinder.

 

Correct, polarity does not matter.
