What bar is that you have in the back?? Because its not connected to the strut so its not a strut bar?I have never seen that bar before and i suppose its jdm??What is the bar called and who makes the bar?

Thats an awsome ride! Being a California car, is that smog legal? I hate to pay $14.5K for something that I cant smog...
