What brand downpipe are you using for D17? I found on ebay, but I dont trust it

I dont want it to blow in 10k miles. What would you sugest?

 

is there already a catalytic converter integratet or what...looks so

 

You wont feel a difference until you take the cat of your d17, so yeah thats the correct downpipe..I had the same one but it was a megan brand..get a shorty header and that downpipe it will be noticably get quicker, specially when combined with an exhaust system

 

I am sure that on eBay is without cat.
So you used megan? how was it? no corosion, no holes blown in short time?

 

I got the megan header that he is referring to. It has all kinds of corrosion. I am not happy with it. Crappy flat gasket. Wrong size donut gasket. They wouldn't send me the right one until I send the wrong one back. Spend the money on a descent one if you care about quality.

 

I was talking about the downpipe not the header. NO PROBLEMS with the down pipe just the natural color change from heat.

 

a downpipe is not worth it on our motors. if i had to choose i guess any would do.
