revs problem 94 Accord Ex

Hi, recently my car when I put it in parking the revs go up to 1500rpm and then go down slowly and go up again, any suggestions.

The EGR system is clogged, that could be the problem?

• Dirty intake air control valve (iac)
• Malfunctioning fast idle thermal valve (fit)
• Vacuum leak
• Low coolant
