Default Exhaust leak??? But not when turning left.

Have a '96 GSR that I got from a trade, that wasn't having this problem at the time. I ended up having to replace the fuel and brake lines, change exhaust, and some other misc stuff.

After putting the exhaust back it sounds as if there is a big exhaust while accelerating and driving. But when turning LEFT (and only left) it doesn't make the "exhaust leak" noise and actually drives smoother. When straightening out it stutters a little bit and goes back to the "exhaust leak" noise. While it is making the noise it doesn't feel like it has full power.

Rechecked all the exhaust gaskets and retighten bolts. Even the manifold. Spark plugs all solid. I had a recent CEL for IACV which I took off and cleaned. Wasn't very dirty but haven't gotten a CEL since. I'm thinking a VAC leak, but not sure. Anyone have any ideas?

Possibly be the IACV?

Well found the problem. Some how the hardline running underneath the car for the fuel got pinched in between the body and crossmember. Fixed!
