I bought SiR headlights for my 98 Civic and the blinker sockets from my usdm headlight doesnt go in any suggestions or ideas on how to make it fit.

no. my 96-98 sir headlights worked just fine with all my usdm 98 civic stuff. and if you were to read the ops first post you would have seen that he said turn signal not headlights. but anyway your usdm headlights and turnsignals will all work without mods to your sir headlight

 

those are headlights, he said blinkers. and i thought 96-00 still use h4 jdm or not?

 

yes jdm or not its still a h4 headlight bulb
