Default obd1 B16 CRX Issues

OK, I have a obd1 b16a in my crx si with a milspec rywire harness. It sounds like there is a misfire or something. I started by pulling plugs just to make sure that I am getting spark. When I got to cylinder 3 i pulled the plug and nothing happened, the motor ran the same.

That was yesterday, now today I'm messing around with some stuff, i replaced the rotor in the dizzy because it seemed to be pretty shot. The motor still ran the same way. So I check by pulling the plugs again...Now cylinder 3 is working but cylinder 4 isnt working.

I checked all of the spark plug wires and every single one is getting spark. After that I pulled the Injector Plug from cylinder 4 and no change, motor ran the same. I'm almost positive it has to be the wiring. And now I can't send the harness back because rywire put the wrong plugs for the injectors and i soldered the old ones off of the stock harness onto his harness.

Please give any info that you think might be helpful in diagnosing this problem. Thank you.

misfires are usually spark related.

get the DMM out and start checking.

Well after testing the power going to each injector i found that all of them are getting 12 volts. So could there he a problem with the ecu where it isnt grounding the injector allowing it to spray gas into the cylinder? And could there possibly be something wrong with the harness that rywire provided me with?

HELP
