Default Using OBD1 Intake Manifold w/ OBD0

My buddy just did the DPFI>MPFI swap. However he used an intake manifold that is OBD1. He is still OBD0. The car has a miss and some lagging throttle response. It was fine before the swap.

Can this manny run properly on his setup or does he need to switch to obd0? If he can, does anyone have a walkthrough or advice on how it should be set up?

Yep. I have a P30 IM with an obd0 setup. Sounds like a timing issue.

sounds like a tps problem. also, you may have to swap your obd0 AIC from the old intake manifold to the new intake manifold. im pretty sure obd1 uses a 3 wire AIC instead on the obd0 2 wire AIC.

No really.
Go make your own thread with your own question.
The original poster put his question here and answers to his question belong here.
You wouldn't appreciate it.
