Icon2 DA b16a2, no power at ALL, why?

im ready to give up and sell this thing if i cant get it soon, one more go at figuring this thing out, Honda-Tech, please help!

Problem:
90 teg, b16a2, obd0. runs. horrible. steady idle, no acceleration, top speed about 10, only barely enough power to move in 1st. can rev high, but takes a long time to get there.

Solution?
didnt run when bought, was told it needed a new dizzy. bought a cheap jdm b16 one off ebay (mistake). ran, but as stated above. reset timing, ran the same. started swapping the old dizzy parts with the ebay one, with old coil in the car spat cel code 9, CYP censor. could this be the culprit for the AWFUL performance?? or what do you think?

Other info:
  • plugs, wires, injectors checked, good.
  • fuel good, new fuel filter.
  • as stated, timing, dead on.
  • obd0 harness and ecu.
  • cat is not clogged.

thats all i can think of at the moment. please offer some insight, thanks.

Does it sound like a go cart? That would represent a serious misfire. Check firing order first, then make sure the timing belt is lined up all around, then a leakdown test

well i started this thread,
and in my case the ebay dizzy was junk.
as a last resort, i bought a ls dizzy from a junkyard, sawed an ear of so it fit, and sure enough she fired right up and ran like a champ.
later replaced with a good b16 dizzy.

never did get a refund for that part either.
