Default 1997 Prelude wire questions (cut wires)

I'm about to install a viper 211hv keyless entry on my 1997 prelude. The following 2 sites give me different into about which wires are for the door locks/unlocks. Which one is correct?

So it looks like the12volt.com is correct. I found the wires, however they are cut. I'm not sure what to do now, they're cut and just hanging there. How can that be if the door locks work?

Ok I don't know what those wires are. I found the lock/unlock wires. I know it's them because when I unplug them, the door locks don't work.

Now, the brain has 2 wires each for lock and unlock. Am I supposed to ground two of them and run the other two to the wires I found?
