Mounting a harness with the Sparco Harness Bar
Hey guys, recently got my hands on a Sparco Harness bar and since I don't want to drill into the back wheel arches or the trunk I can't go with an AutoPower or a Kirk. I bought a Long Eye bolt for the driver door side since the stock short length eyebolts aren't long enough to go thru the stock belt loop because the carpet is much further out from the chassis. But I noticed that the Sparco bar uses a long style bolt for the rear stability arms. How does this work? I mean do I have to find an even longer eye bolt to run the bottom bars cause the swivel bearings are quite thick. Just seems weird it goes from Chassis-Spacers-Carpet-Stock seatbelt loop-Swivel bearing on harness bar THEN a long eyebolt that connects all these to the side. Without the swivel bearing the long eye bolt just has enough threads to fit in safely.
Is there something I'm doing wrong here?
