Default Difference 06,07,08,09,10 Si?

What are the difference between all of them? Can I put coupes suspension on a sedan? Are the parts between the FG2/FA5 interchangeable? Is there any difference between the 06,07,08,09,10 models?

the wheels between 06/07/08 get darker for every year

the wheels on 09/10 are a different style from previous years, but the exact same as one another as far as im aware.

the '08 and above don't have an actual trunk key hole, where as the '07s and 06's do.

'09+ has a USB audio connector

09+ has a different grill and mandatory fog lights

06, 07, and half of 08 models have some synchronizer issues in the transmission

think i got all that right..

06-08 pretty much no change (07 intro of the sedan)(08 Mugen Edition)
09- Fog lights, new grill and new rims
10- no change. (Or in some circles, people have come to find it hard to find the 10 Si)

06-07-08 was the original FA5/FG2 body style.

Si wheels got darker every year.
07+ introduced Sedan Si
08 - Mugen Si and mandatory Tire pressure monitoring System, Red stitched shift boot on Si's.

09 - Brought the MMC (mid model change) and redesigned the front end for both coupe and sedan. (new bumpers with different top and bottom grill designs. Si's also got mandatord fog lights. Also a new style Rim for the Si's, and a chrome trunk garnish for All models. and USB audio auxilary input.
10 - No diferent from the 09 with the exception of black plastic instead of silver being used for the spark plug cover and intake manifold cover.

yes guys....
defenetly the guy on the post i saw was TOTALLY WRONG... sorry about that....

doing a little research i found out that the 2009 and up civic Si's arent lighter, but they are also a little bit heavier.... they are 2895 pounds compared to the 2006 that's 2871 pounds....

sorry about that

but anyways in my own opinion the cars are pretty much the samething.. just a few minor changes....

The newer Si's are heavier probably because of TPMS.

Also, '07+ models have VSA.

How about the sensor that receives data from the in-tire sensors?

All of this and not a single soul mentioned the PRICE DIFFERENCE.

Don't know about you all but when I got my '06 the sticker price was $20,290 + the destination charge whatever it was back then which i'm sure was less than it is now.

The 2010 are now $22,700 + after destination charge. I've seen some over $23K.

I'm assuming the TPMS and VSA have mostly to do with that.
