paint - oxidation - slightly off topic
My race car is now 8 years old and has spent most of it's life exposed to the sun and elements. The roof of the car is starting to fade with oxidation. I have been applying wax and buffing the car to slow down the oxidation and to try to protect the paint. That task becomes a low priority in one's busy life.
My question is: Are other ways are there that one can use to slow down oxidation? Are there any other techniques? Possibly low cost techniques?
