Default To pull my AC or not.

My new 91 DA Teg has A/C, Cruz Control, and Power Steering. How many guys are keeping it and still fast and how many just pull it?

I ask for this, Im a very simple man. To me the more you pull off and less stuff can go wrong. But in the end all I really want is a faster car. Are there any real power gains or hold backs to pulling all the extra stuff?

if your a/c works id leave it thats the only reason i kept mine i only keep stuff if it works so far everything on my da still works

really minimal power gains from removing a/c, power steering i have no idea its mostly weight u are ridding yourself of it just depends on what your car is going to be used for

all you doing is removing weight that all nothing special. if you remove those your parts your car aint going to be same. in summer time no ac your dumb, what your going to do leave your windows down. cruise control remove that you wont be able to cruise on long trips on freeways. you get what im saying, you need those parts for something. think about getting lighter pulleys.

Summer OR winter, since the defrosters don't work for *ish without AC on.

OP, don't pull it. This right here is the reason why so many people leave the Honda scene ( aside from theft ). They get the weight shaving bug and keep pulling sound deadening and trim parts and get the stiffest springs around and in the end they have a car that drives and sounds like ****.

You'll only loose power when the AC is running. You will not see any dramatic differences regarding weight if you decide to pull it out. You're better off keeping it in.
