Emission Test Question about switching a 97 ek to auto to manual In IL

I was just wondering if you could pass the emission test in IL by having a Swap ek with a Acura motor and converted auto to manual ?

Anybody experience this yet

Also has a Obd2 to obd1 Jumper harness

not 100% sure but i think the motor has to be newer than the chassis that it is going into.

Will NOT pass emissions with an obd1 ecu! Will need an obd2 ecu and depending on the year of your motor, you might have to do a tad bit of wiring. Like the ckf trick. I have pretty much the exact same car as you lol. But i do not do emissions...
