why not go to acura? seems logical.

i know honda/acura are the same. but some honda parts cant be accessed by acura and vice versa. try calling honda for a part for an integra and see what they say.

because the clossest acura dealer ship is four hours away. and i would rather not pay shipping on it by ordering online. at the honda dealer ship there is a lady that works the parts counter and knows absolutly nothing about parts.

heater hose from motor to valve. its the one that comes out under the dizzy and goes to the valve for the heater. they dont sell this hose at parts stores its a dealer only. allready tried that if it was that easy i wouldnt be asking this question.

I have worked for Acura for years, and there are unique part numbers to Acura that Honda can not purchase and vise versa. If the part doesn't cross over to another car/truck, they won't be able to order it from the wharehouse.

its called a heater hose and its sold at any vatozone nationwide...i've purchased one myself from there when mines ripped so i should know...only difference is that yours might be cut to fit.

from what you describe the hose your asking about im assuming from a 90-93 da integra motor since you didnt describe what engine is (19527-PR4-A00) and is number 7 in the diagram.

ya but what im trying to find out is if a da heater hose is the same as one off a dohc del sol. i looked up part numbers for both and the first five numbers are exactly the same. so i kinda think they are.

no not number 7. thats a smaller hose. its the heater hose that goes to the valve. they dont have it at autozone or kragen all they can get is a straight piece of hose. trust me ive allready tried everywhere.

i allready said da integra. so that means its a b swap into an ef. the stock d series hose is a few inches too short. so i need one from a da integra. if your gona look for it on a oem parts web site look under water valve and it will have a picture of the hose that i need. looks similar to number 7 in that pic you posted but its a bigger hose.

that diagram i listed above is from a da integra and no other water hoses are listed...better yet you can go and research it yourself because that hose your asking about has to be one of the many listed in the diagram...!!!

chorizo, you're looking at the wrong diagram. the diagram you need to look at has 3 hoses and a heatervalve.
