FS: Freshly Built Virgin GSR Motor 11.5:1comp 81.5mm!!!!!!!!
$3,000
I hate hate HATE to do this but I need the money for more important things like an apartment and college tuition. I want nothing more than to drop this in my integra but someone else will have to put it to use and enjoy it. I put alot of time and money into this build and it's a shame to have to put it up for sale but it is what it is. The motor was out of a 98 GSR with around 100,000 miles on it, give or take... It now has 0 miles on it, considering what was done to it (which I have papers for)... I kept dated record of what I bought for it, how much I paid, and where the parts came from...

I'm not trying to hide anything from anyone, you can check these prices for yourself! After doing the math, I put just about $1,600 in parts. Labor was another $1025, and the value of a healthy GSR swap nowadays is about $2000. This puts the value at almost $5,000 on my end...
I'm asking $3,000 for it... that will include:
-Built motor
-Distributor
-Alternator
-Box of all the needed hardware, labeled for easy reassembly
-Another box with the extra misc. hardware, hoses, clips, spark plug cover, stock spark plug wires, etcetcetc...
-If interested, I can throw in the stock GSR cams and intake manifold as well, I have no need for them anymore...
Please excuse the iphone photos, i left my camera on campus...

-I'm located and can meet in the PA/NJ/DE/MD/NY area
All the engine work was done by:
IDM Cylinder Heads

Thanks for looking and feel free to contact me with any offers or questions you may have. I'm willing to work with you and possibly deliver the motor depending on how far away you are...

yeah i understand what youre saying, its a shame we never get even close to what we put into it... i figured id start the price at a $1,000 loss and go from there with offers and what not, and of course, slowly depreciate the cost as time progressed if noone had any interest in it
