MY gauge lights wont work except Engine light and parking break, all other lights dont work and i cant see my speedo or tach at night, Also my running lights will not work but my headlights and high beams will. Im not sure why. My break lights work when i hit brakes but not running.

 

check the fuse? the running lights and guage lights are all wired together.

 

The fuse is fine, im worried about the wiring itself tho as the previous owner was a butcher as i found out when i did the stereo so im thinking maybe he ****ed up the wiring, i will investigate more tomorrow. Thank you

 

Did you ever figure out what was causing the problem? I just put my stock tail lights back together and the running lights/dash lights are not working..

 

Yes I figured it out. The Dimmer Wire in the stereo harness wasn't getting power.
