I have 2000 integra ls with a garrett .48 turbo.
i have hondata s200 and i bought some dsm 450cc's, but after i bought them i read that they dont mix very well.
I was hoping to tune it myself, and i heard crome is alot more user friendly and doesnt have a problem with the dsm injectors.

also, ive tried to find crome but all i can find is a download for it. is it just a program??

Yes, crome is just a program. You need to do ALOT more research before trying to tune a turbo setup yourself. You have to "program" a rom, then use a chip burner to burn it to a chip and then install it in your chipped ECU. From the sounds of it, I would suggest finding a local tuner that will tune with crome and pay them $100 to do it for you.

 

The guy I bought the hondata from also sold me the programmer and chip burner (I think) and of course the chipped ecu. And is that all you think it will cost is 100$ for a turbo tune?
