Default JDM length cat converter

i'm looking to get a cat converter (JDM length). does anyone know the "state of the art" right now?

last i remember was the car sound cat OR the smsp modified car sound cat. but i have heard horror stories about the 'car sound' cat converters in general. can anyone point me in the right direction? smog check in CA is coming up.

oh and a hello to everyone here! it's been a long time!

thanks everyone...

Hi, In all the years I made Cats with Car Sounds converters I never had any problems, some people did with using the wrong units.

For JDM length get a Cat with preferably metal substrate and look for one under 10 inches, so you have room to make a 12" total length.
