92 da starting problems. need help please!

ok so a couple weeks ago my car was running fine until i got home and an hour later itry to start my car it dont start then i got jump start still nothing. i check the dizzy the starter got new plugs and everything now it sound like the da in the video. kinda like a go kart.
if anyone know what might be the problem let me know asap so i can drive my baby again.
