Default Z-10 equipped

I put on my z-10 bars yesterday, also put on new upper lower ball joints, all poly bushing up front (still have to do the rear) and new tie rods. I can't believe how much more tractable the car is. I'm taking it to get it aligned today also. I can't wait... It will be like a new car, well not quit new it is an 89

Same here, Z10's, Skunk2 coilovers, Tokico 5 ways, new outer tie rod ends, new upper and lower ball joints. I'm so happy that my car is almost new again.

Supposedly, you have to replace the entire upper-arm. I've been told you can't justs replace the upper ball joint.

I am very happy with my Z10 crossmember. I need a new steering rack to make my car feel new again though. But Wheel hop is gone!

How important is the pre-load setting on these? The other crossmember that is offered (the $350 one) only has 3/8" of adjustment- how critical is the pre-load adjustment and while we are at it, exactly what does the pre-load affect?

thanks
Ben
