ok i just did a swop in my accord a h22 the car was sitting for like a year and half tho cuz i didnt have the money to finish it now i get constant power to my climate control and electric mirrors could it be a problem with the fuse panel in the dash or is there a relay im missing that goes from the fuse panel in the hood to the one in the dash i romoved every relay that goes to the climate control and every one i could fine under the dash and i thought i may have seen a relay that it above the heater box that looks like it linked to the wires coming in from the fuse panel that under the hood i also pilled my min relay and that didnt help either someone please help or if someone has a wiring diagram of the wiring going from both fuse panel that would help too

 

ok update when i pull a harness on the fuse panel the electric to the mirrors locks dash gauges and ac controls all get cut off and the locks make one more click to unlock like i just shut off the car is there a ground relay somewhere that controls all the these different things or is it still looking more like a bad fuse panel
