D16y7 manifold to y8 manifold HELP ME!!

D16y7 manifold to y8 manifold HELP ME!!
So i have a stock 96 cx hatch, has a bone stock d16y7. I have a y8 manifold layin around(no throttle body/sensors or anything.. I was wondering if i could just remove the y7 and put all the **** from the y7 on the y8 and if it all fits and works... and if it doesnt how would i go about doing the manifold swap.... please help me!!

As long as its an automatic Y8 manifold you wont have any issues, straight bolt on. If its off a 5 speed you will have to block off the IACV mounting on the back of the IM.
