Default wierd winding noise

im hearing this winding noise in my car, but it only makes it if the radio is on. my friend said it could be from a bad ground to the radio but i've checked most of the grounds and they all seem fine. any ideas?

Stock or aftermarket radio system? Does the whine change as the RPMs go higher and lower?

Probably a bad ground, or you've run your RCA wires too close to the power cable.

Do you experience any other problems with the radio?
