mines chipping so i wanna strip it and repaint it.so does anyone know how to remove it without breaking the clips.buying new ones are too expensive for my cheapass hahah $40+ each rather spend that on real parts.

 

Removing them is hit and miss. Just mask it on the car to paint it.

 

i guess,so whats the best way of getting the rubber coating off??

 

jasco paint stripper and a fine painting brush. Mask off all the paint. I have a detail in my build threads.
