Hi im new to the forum. I recently got in the jdm world (just got my license ooooo lol). I have a 94 honda civic eg hatchback. I just paint my wheel red. So i was wondering would it look good to paint the hood and the trunk black? or just keep it like that? or get carbon fiber one(pricey!!! lol) Oh and i put spacer in the hood so it stick up a bit.

Done on a "clean" car that is tactful it can look really good. If done on a cheap looking car, it can just make the car look that much cheaper... I would focus more on other things first, but that is just me. Good luck with whatever you decide to do though!

not a fan of the wheels (because they look like toys, get a shiney red with a polished chrome lip)
and put the hood back to regular height

Painting your hood/trunk black does NOT make your car any more a part of the JDM world than your painted stocks with overspray from another car. If you honestly want to do it because YOU think it looks cool then by all means go for it but if you're doing it to be a part of the JDM world, I'm sorry to tell you this but the only world you're joining is the JDM "style" world where everyone rocks spray painted parts and imitation crap.

To answer your question, NO don't do it.

all you need is to slammed it, to the point where the fender is eating up the rubber on the tire, and then get some better wheels, thats perfectly fine.

keep it at the height it is, I like the rims, and the hood is lifted to release some hot air, I would go CF on hatch and hood, but paint the CF black or white, so ur the only one that knows its cf. but the way it sits is real nice!

why would you need more air? not to mention in the picutres its like snowing? seems cooled down enough to me haha and i would either leave it or go both carbon fiber if you ask me. a good carbon though none of that **** that doesnt match up right..

Leave the car how it is. Save your money for stuff that will actually get it to go faster and handle better.

Do what you want with YOUR car!... the hood prop though is not for more air... this is done by Guys with large engine swaps for clearance and no other reason. So your kinda frontin with it propped like that and a stock motor.
