Default OT ..Put my 2.0 vtec on the dyno

I know some of you might like to see the dyno plots since it started as a r motor. Only thing left is the r head though. It still needs tunning but this was my first try at it.

Opps, thanks.

Want a cookie
Well first off all I tunned was fuel, not timming , or vtec , and you can very well see that the fuel tunning isnt done,Soi theres a easy 10-12 whp right there ,2nd I have never tunned a car nor been on a dyno before . My leakdown numbers are crappy6% and my cr#'s suck also 275 across(13.1 shoulb be over300) 3rd my valve seals are leaking on my brand new head so the dyno guy had to put a hose off my exhaust out the building because it was smoking so bad. So all things considered I think I did dam good. The motor was pulled this week and is out for repair. And whenI get it back together I will Take on your 200 whp "bone stock bone stock bottom end" with my 240 whp(without itb's and full exhaust)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Little crx HF!!!!!

After you guys teach me how to turn

I think what Chad was saying is that according to ECHC rules it would be illegal to go more than 0.020 over, and a sleeved block is most likely a definite ... no, no.

Shoot, they don't even allow boost on a stock bottom end.
Maybe they'll start up the H0/HU class for the rest of us outcasts.

Sorry I'm alittle touchy, tired of hearing how my motor should be making more power or "so and so's 1.8 makes as much powre as your 2.0" people.

Sure, I understand.
Nice meeting you at BDiddy's last BBQ, I hope this next one works out equally as well.

I'm sure people will be telling me I should be running more boost and what not, after all the time and $$ for a built turbo motor.
I'll be happy with 10 psi as long as it lasts next to forever, with a few fun runs at 15-20 psi.

I think those numbers look fantastic considering the condition of tune you've described. Man, that much power in a CRX must feel just sick! Looking forward to seeing what your IB monster produces.

Chad, my goal is 200whp on a stock ITR bottom end. Mind sharing your set-up with us? (or me? e-mail me at dpratte4@cogeco.ca if you're willing to share). Thanks! I'm trying to get my car sorted out for road racing up here in Ontario with a visit planned to an ECHC or the upcoming HC in them middle states next year
