90 Integra squeal
yeah check the belts by reving up the engine in the driveway or garage. if you can duplicate the squeal you have belt issues. replace the belts if they look cracked or like any of the bad pics in your haynes manual. if theyre good, tighten them up. if you cant duplicate the squeel i the garage you probably have a squeal that is in the drive system. this could be a wheel bearing.
you know, it sounds like a simple solution but i had the same problem a squeal in the past and the root of the problem just turned out to be the brake pads.
I would drive around town and the squeal would only occur when I drove about 15-25mph then it would go away once I drove faster, if this sounds similar you should inspect your brake pads to see if they are low and the metal posts inside the carbon compound is slightly rubbing against your rotor and causing this squeal noise.
Good luck!

its not the brakes.i changed them today and still squeaks. i ran through water and it sounded like it got louder. and the faster i go the louder it squeaks.
