Accord Euro-R intake manifold on usdm accord lx
The H22 has a "dry" manifold, The F22 has a "wet" manifold. Meaning coolant runs through the F22 manifold. The thermostat extension housings and water pump transfer tubes are totally different. It wont fit unless youre really really stubborn.
No H22 intake or exhaust manifold will fit any F22B anyway....
No, I do not have an H22. I have the F22. I was wanting to do an H22 or K20 swap into my car, but decided to try and build my stock motor. I have a very clean 2dr accord lx and I've already dropped it a couple inches, put on and aem cai and invidia exhaust, but I'm new to this whole engine thing. I want to do something different than the very popular h22 swap. Just looking for advice.
Thanks for the explination 92civlude
I was reading about this euro-r intake manifold and it said it will fit any h or f-series engine.

Well, to save you the trouble, it won't fit.
Plus the Euro-R's cost comes close to an H22A longblock, but won't provide anywhere near the 60HP boost. Often times different isn't necessarily better.

H22 accord swaps are cool! Theyre relatively inexpensive and easy to do. Your car ill be a beast will a regular JDM blacktop H22. You could wake it up with a header, cams, or even a skunk2 intake manifold.
Thanks for the advice and I understand it won't fit. Not very many people care about F22's. I'd like to try to make mine a pretty strong n/a f22. Would you consider this to be a waste of money and recommend a swap. If it is a decent plan and ideas as to where to start?
A strong F22 would be turboed. Unless you have deep pockets. I bought my motor swap from hmotorsonline. I did an F23a1 swap into a 94 Accord. It ran better than I expected!

High comp pistons (~11:1)
Bisimoto Stg 2 Camshaft
Upgraded valvesprings
H23A1 intake manifold
Bisimoto header
3" exhaust
Tunable ECU (duh)
Parts alone will set you back more than an H22, and then you have to get it all built, installed and tuned. And it probably won't net you much more if any more power than a mildly modded H22.
On the other hand, if you went H you have two relatively easier ways to ~200WHP:
H22A + F22A crank + rods
or
JDM H23A DOHC VTEC + JDM H22A cams (stock H23A DOHC VTEC cams are not very aggressive)
A Skunk2 or Euro R manifold on either of those setups would net you some more HP too.
I have an F22A1 now, and while I love the F22, if my car's body wasn't so old I would just go with the H.
Yea the F23A1 is pretty strong. I've seen people get ~140WHP & 140WTQ with just bold ons. It just sucks cause it doesn't have a great head or intake manifold options compared to an F22Ax.
F22, and H23 intake manifolds fit the F23
Not sure about header availability
The F23 has roller rockers! I wonder if there is a performance boost with roller rockers. I am currently building an F23 block/H22 head frankenstien engine. TURBO
It would be fun to build an all out f23 NA and drop it in a 94 95 Accord coupe.

They make an adapter plate to allow fitment of any H22 intake manifold onto a f22 head.
They list the adapter plate @ around $200
