This is an OEM Dealer Optional Front Lap Belt for the 88-91 Honda CRX. This was sold for people wanting to be able to put a child safety seat in the front of their crx. Look in the CRX Brochure and you will see this in there. Its made by Takata and has Honda tag right on it.
