Which car and motor? Your crank angle sensor problem is probably coming from the distributor. Find someone with a good distributor you can swap over and try. For the TPS, get a volt meter and measure the signal. There are the 3 wires, ground, constant 5 volt signal, then one that should read .5 volts roughly at closed throttle and 4.5 roughly at wide open throttle. Check your voltage readings to make sure they are close.

if this is a mpfi swap your wiring is all fuct up. also if you didnt use an si dizzy and you DO have the si ecu your out of luck, need the si dizzy

as far as tps you were suposed to invert the wires b/c the dx motor spins bacckwards

Sorry should of clarified what engine im running, since everybody swaps these cars.
Its the stock 89 SI motor. I accidently broke the tps a while back, and i just zip-tied it shut.
I was just messing around when it was a lil wet and double clutched it just to break the tires loose (i was just playing round). And i looked down and saw the C.E.L. come on.
Thanks for the replies.

Your TPS sensor is probably just out of the acceptable range if its only zip tied onto the throttle body.
