When I swapped the Z6 in my crx I had to use the bracket that holds the mount to the engine from the D15B2 that was originally in it.

Replace the bracket + mount on the drivers side with the original from the car and you will be good.

I had the same issue when i first swapped in my z6.

from the looks of it the trans bell housing has the eng tilted. that seems to be why it lined up with the cable trany.does any one know about this or are the angles the same?

I am using a cable trans so maybe it has to do with the angle the trans mounts at. just try and look close if there is any slight difference between the two.
Maybe hasport has a mount for the cable to hydro conversion.

the guy at hasport says he has a driver side mount for this set up. but i want to find out if anybody has used it and how it turned out before i spend more money on this trans. i might just sell the conversion kit and get a zc trans from tigerjapanese. i purchased the kit because it was cheaper than the zc and i already had a trans from my coupe.

OK I have all the eng mounts bolted in. the eng is sitting in the bay and it looks like i will have to trim some of the crossmember so the rear eng bracket will not touch. the driver side mount is tilted worse than it was. i barely got the bolt in. after all this the wiring seems easy
