Anyone ever ordered from LTB Autosports?
I ordered a set of Koni sports from their site on the first of March and still have not received them. Now I know the Koni's are on backorder, but should I be worried? I guess I'm just trying to find out if they are reputable or should I go after a refund. I did call Koni directly and they said it could take as long as into April, but when I ordered from LTB, their site said they are running 6-9 business days behind on Koni orders. Well I'm on day 17 and really need my shocks! WWHTD?
Louis (LTB proprietor) is very dependable and conscientious, so I would not be worried. It is my understanding that Koni is very busy at the moment, so the delay may be getting the goods from Koni. Send Louis an email, give him your phone number and ask him to call you with a status update.
I have talked to him (louis) a couple of times and he says he is waiting on Koni to send him a new shipment. The last time I talked to him (last week) he said my order will be filled as soon as he gets his. I dunno, I'm just hoping I get them soon. I have a lot of other suspension parts waiting to go on and I can't do anything until these shocks come in. I am hoping they will come by spring break because that's when I'm planning on doing the work. I guess I'm just anxious because it's a good bit of money and I have no product yet. Thanks for the reassurance. I will probably call him again Friday and see if he has any updates yet.

Sorry about the delay but KONI famous sale is killing us and killing our reputation, they started the big sale but we can not get shocks from them to fulfill orders..... I am sure Lee at Koni will read this and maybe step in to explain the situation!!!!!!

Thanks Louis. I wasnt' trying to start anything, I was just a little concerned because it's been a long wait. I appreciate you calling me and letting me know what's up.
Smooth transaction... I've never ordered from LTB, but I will check them out now just becasue of the way this was handled. Always nice when the rep is this friendly.
