Is p19 required for JDM H22 engine trans swap?
I have 95 prelude auto, H23a. I purchased a JDM H22 Vtec engine and auto trans. JDM only sent me the p-13 ECU. I have confirmed they are both OBD1. JDM guy says to run Vtec wires and your done. Guy making harness tells me P-19 is required for Vtec to run. Which is it and why?
