[#13 & #14] .(qty 2) rear dust covers (the kind that are 1/2 rubber and 1/2 metal sleeve)
[#3] .(qty 2) dust cover washers
[#15] .(qty 2) bump stop washers
[#4] .(qty 2) spring hat collars (tubular thing that sits in the rubber bushings)

I'd be willing to pay around $25 shipped for all that stuff.
