Default damn thuggin thieves.

tried to steal my replica spoon lip last weekend. FAIL though, they must have been complete dumb asses. i just got my lip so i only put on the brackets on the bottom and dint drill in the 4 screw onto the bumpers. so i guess these queers assumed my lip was partially on; no hardware, so they tried to yank on it. fortunately those brackets make it extremely hard to take it off. even with tools it took me 20 mins to take off the lip and to remove the brackets. F*** thieves.... seriously the lip only costs 60bucks go look for it and buy it with some hard earned money. i worked hard for mine. its so damn pathetic. it was nice venting this out on Ht AHHAHAHA makes me wanna screw a thousand screws thru the lip to the bumper

Well at least they didn't get it. Thieves are like gang bangers, nothing but a bunch of worthless pussies. What goes around comes around.

iono, i leave the keys in my 240 with the windows down all the time. i figured i'd get more from insurance if it gets stolen than i'd get from some of the lowballin *** offers i've gotten.

this is true, and the hard part is alot of times there is really no way to tell what's hot and what's not. if JDMCarboy starts selling alot of used parts atleast you will know for sure they are all stolen.

They never will, there thief's. There not going to go buy it when your car is there and they can steal it. That's what makes them dis-honest bastards. You work hard for your **** and that makes you an honest man. Alot of thief's love stealing, they get off on knowing they just got over on someone whether it be cash or stealing car parts. Plus, they can steal your Civic, strip it, sell the parts for 100% profit.

I now have a kickass alarm system in my car, I installed it myself so I know whats done, how its done. That's about all you can do. If you can put a kickass alarm in your car and install it the RIGHT way and park in places it would be impossible or near impossible to get a tow truck in to get your car out, you will mostly be fine. An alarm is not gonna stop smash and grabs and things such as your lip getting stolen but it will mostly keep the car in its place as long as you rule out the flat bed option. The other thing I gave up on is making the car look really nice on the outside with nice wheels..I got tired of my **** getting messed with so I just gave it up. I have a nice paint job but that's it..I roll around on 14" black steelies..who in the hell wants to steal those? In other words I don't want attention drawn to my car anymore.

^^So you let the potential of theft determine how you do things and how you live your life? I'm sorry, but man that is sad.

well that's not entirely true, i'd also consider a suffering thief with multiple broken bones being pummeled by a large group of honda enthusiasts a good theif.

that is provided the aforementioned beating resulting in death, of course.

I am living my life exactly how I want. I just don't want my DD standing out to anyone anymore. I don't have the cash to drop on a nice set of wheels at this time anyways. Once I get another good job and save some money, I am gonna buy another car to use as my DD and finally get my Turbo project done on my Civic. Right now my car is looking exactly like I want it to. My car looks better now than it did when it was stolen and completely stripped in November of 2005. The only thing I don't have on it now that I did then is a $500 set of nice wheels.

I love the fact i caught the guy who was pushing my car and trying to hot wire it at the same time. Lets just say 5'5" 140lbs did not compete too well with my 6'2" 240lb frame. Im a college athlete so its not a soft 240. The fact he begged for his GF and kid made me hit him harder.
