McMaster has some poly products that you can use. I'm pretty sure you are thinking of window weld though.

has anyone done this to mounts that were in pretty bad condition?

I have a few other mounts to try this on, but they are worn!

Why don't you just get energy suspension motor mount inserts?

Because you can do the job for $40 or less with 2 tubes of Window Weld and not end up with squeak or lube maintenance that often accompanies ES mounts.

Window weld is what you want if you can put up with a little bit of vibration, inserts vibrate much more, and 70a poly mounts youre girlfriend is basically squirming in her seat the engine resonates the car/steering wheel/rear view

One tube of window weld will do 3 mounts. Dont cheap out and buy pl premium or caulking or anything stupid like that, if youre going to fill them, fill with window weld

I filled it with some other window weld poly hardness 50-55A that's near rubber but the whole mount is now full so there is no room for play,i'll see what gonna happen in 2-3 days when i'm gonna mount it

Good luck with it, you could have bought the 3m from Napa guess you didnt look there eh

Where did you pull 60a hardness from? I see zero info on the product on the net being used in this application

I've also seen people use coolant or fuel line hosing to fill the gaps. Adds a little more support but not the stiffness of window weld.

If you can set the metal bushing back to where it belongs (easy), then you will be fine using windowweld to fill the open gaps.
